Customer feedback
Bug reports with the screenshot, the click trail, and the browser errors already attached — and a reply that lands back in your customer's app.
The problem
Feedback arrives as email: no screenshot, no browser, no steps. You get a conversation about a bug instead of the bug.
How it works
The feedback widget rides in the corner of your app. A reporter marks up a screenshot of the exact page they're describing; their recent clicks and any console errors ride along automatically. It lands on a triage board with the columns you define, WIP limits, and card aging — a real kanban, not a list with headings.
Your reply appears back inside their app, in the same widget. No email thread, no lost context, no copy-pasting a ticket number. The loop closes where it started.
It's the one feature on this site you can press right now: the button below opens the real widget, on this real page, filing into our real board.
- Marked-up screenshots, click trail, and console errors captured automatically
- Triage board with admin-editable columns, WIP limits, and card aging
- Two-way replies that surface in the reporter's own app
- Archive Done sweeps every finished column in one click — even one you renamed from Closed to Shipped — and you can bulk-move up to 200 tickets at once
- The licence is a single row: revoke the key and the widget goes dark on the customer's next submit, with nothing to change on their side
